James Roth

CEO

FOR MORE THAN 7 DECADES…

Seacon have become an important partner for customers in the forest products and metals industries, by offering a mix of services including shipping, cargo handling, container devanning, customs entry, warehousing, and distribution. Based at Northfleet in the Port of London, it is from this port-centric location that Seacon operates its own ships, terminal, and transport fleet. With operations having also been extended to Tilbury and Garston.

Our Values We pride ourselves on being flexible, reliable and friendly

As a Group, Seacon will also prioritise your time. Reacting promptly to enquiries and investing time in clear communication. Taking genuine pride in maintaining excellent customer relations, we don’t over-promise; it’s one of the reasons we have customer relationships that go back more than 40 years.

Flexible

Seacon is ready to work with you and find solutions that truly work to suit your requirements. With the means to offer our customers tailor-made logistics – part cargoes, full cargoes, containers, urgent loads, come and talk to us about your shipping requirements.

Reliable

Seacon has been doing this work for a long time. We have relationships with customers and suppliers going back decades. Those relationships are built on trust and providing a reliable service.

Friendly

We believe in teamwork and good working relationships. Many of our staff have decades of service, and that helps us provide our customers with a stable and consistent service.

HeritageOur history goes back to 1955

Seacon Group traces its roots to 1955 as a small chartering and agency office in the City of London. We became shipowners and then terminal operators, as we developed through-transport services for shippers of breakbulk cargoes.

Some of our customers have been with us continuously since the 1980s.

We have the assets, we have the know-how, and we have the heritage.
